St. John’s, N.L. — A 41-year-old man was picked up after the RNC responded to a report that he was causing a disturbance at a restaurant in the centre of the city Friday night.

The man was arrested and charged with breaches of court orders. He was held at the lockup to appear in court Saturday morning.
